Incorporation
Resellers can request the incorporation of a company by simply filling-in the forms and uploading some documents required. KYC is outsourced to the reseller and only copy of standard documents (passport copy, proof of residency etc.) are required. The process is quick and the resellers can check the status online.
Company documents are sent electronically and physically (if requested).
WHAT WE DO
Liquidation
Companies can be liquidated (or put in strike-off where applicable) via the online platform. The data stays available on the platform after liquidation, allowing for a comprehensive management of all companies in one place.
Why only resellers?
We believe in the requirement of doing a proper due diligence and an extensive “Know Your Customer” approach. Therefore we only work with properly vetted and approved resellers, that guarantee a high level of compliance with local and international rules and regulations. Resellers can only use the platform after a due diligence process and the signing of our reseller contract.
